Injection mold: commonly used in the production of plastic pipe fittings

1, Type:
Injection mold: commonly used in the production of plastic pipe fittings, its working principle is by injecting heated plastic into the mold, and then cooling and curing molding.
Die casting mold: mostly used in the manufacture of metal pipe fittings, the use of high pressure will be injected into the mold of molten metal, to be cooled to obtain the finished product of the pipe fittings after the cooling of the metal.
Casting mold: generally used for more complex pipe fittings manufacturing, such as irregularly shaped cast iron pipe fittings.
2, characteristics:
Accuracy: pipe fittings molds have a high degree of accuracy, can be manufactured to meet the requirements of the size and shape of the pipe fittings.
Durability: High-quality molds need to be durable enough to withstand multiple uses and wear and tear during the production process.
Customizability: According to different production requirements, the pipe fitting molds can be customized to suit the production of pipe fittings of different materials, sizes and shapes.
3. Manufacturing materials:
Steel: such as stainless steel or alloy steel, which is commonly used to manufacture key parts of the mold because of its high strength and wear resistance.
Aluminum alloy: lightweight and good thermal conductivity, commonly used in the manufacture of some mold parts that do not require extremely high strength.
Other materials: such as copper or plastic may also be used to manufacture some specific types of mold parts.
4、Manufacturing process:
Design stage: design according to product requirements, including determining the structure, size and function of the mold.
Processing stage: processing according to the design drawings, including cutting, grinding, drilling and other processes.
Assembly and testing: assembling the processed parts together and testing to ensure its performance and accuracy.
5、Use and maintenance:
Correct use: operators need to receive relevant training, familiar with the use of molds and precautions.
Maintenance: Regular cleaning, lubrication and inspection of the molds, timely detection and repair of potential problems.
Storage management: Molds not in use should be properly stored to avoid damage caused by moisture, collision and so on.
6、Application field:
Construction industry: used to manufacture water pipes, drainage pipes, etc.
Machinery manufacturing: used to manufacture various mechanical equipment connection fittings.
Automobile manufacturing: used to manufacture automobile fuel pipe, brake pipe, etc.
Other industries: such as chemical industry, electric power, agriculture, etc. may also be used to pipe fittings mold.
